Mariia Grineva is a strategic marketing expert and educator with over 12 years of experience helping businesses grow through smart systems, powerful brand positioning, and team development. Originally from Russia and now based in the United States, she has led more than 500 projects — working with manufacturers, medical corporations, educational institutions, and retail companies to build marketing departments that deliver results.

Mariia holds degrees in economics and marketing, and has taught branding and digital strategy at universities in Russia. She is the author of Marketing Department in 60 Pages and several scientific publications, as well as the creator of the corporate training program Marketing Department in 4 Months, which has been implemented by over 30 organizations.

Before launching her agency, Escalator Marketing Group, Mariia held leadership roles at international companies including Medtronic and Coloplast. She was named Employee of the Year for developing an award-winning patient support program that’s now used in multiple countries. Her background combines deep strategic thinking with hands-on experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.

Mariia has been featured in national and international media and was awarded a U.S. EB-1A visa for individuals with extraordinary ability in marketing. She is currently expanding her agency and education programs in the U.S., helping businesses grow through structured marketing systems and training.

As Director of Strategic Partnerships at AMA South Florida, Mariia focuses on building meaningful collaborations with local companies, associations, and universities. She’s passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities — and believes great marketing starts with a strong strategy and a strong team.
