Our Jury Committee Selection Process

Judges for the AMA South Florida Annual Awards are selected through a rigorous and intentional process to ensure fairness, expertise, and integrity. Jury committee members are carefully vetted based on their professional experience, subject-matter expertise, and demonstrated leadership within the marketing industry.

Selection prioritizes senior-level marketers and industry practitioners with a proven track record of excellence, strategic thinking, and ethical judgment. Judges are also evaluated for objectivity and their ability to assess work against defined criteria, ensuring a consistent and unbiased review process.

Each juror is chosen to uphold the credibility of the awards and to ensure every submission is evaluated by qualified, respected professionals committed to recognizing outstanding marketing achievement.

Jessica Zuckier is a proven leader, strategic thinker and integrated marketing specialist who possesses over 20 years of experience in her field. She has spent the majority of her career developing marketing and lead generation campaigns as well as social media strategies.

Camilo Caicedo

CEO & Founder, Penta Marketing

With over 28 years of experience, Camilo Caicedo is the CEO and Founder of Penta Marketing, a top 10 creative agency in South Florida and part of the Inc. 5000. He has led more than 1000 brand experiences in 14 countries. As former President of AMA South Florida and a seasoned speaker, Camilo is known for driving innovation in experiential marketing, loyalty programs, and multicultural engagement.

Alexander Serebriakoff

CEO-Founder of Learn Factory

Alexander is an award-winning digital marketing expert with 14 years of experience and 50+ successful projects. He leads Learn Factory - EdTech accelerator that helps coaches and entrepreneurs launch and scale online education businesses. Published author, researcher and creator of a YouTube channel

Frida Alsterhem

Office assistant at the AACSB-accredited Rinker School of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University

Frida is a passionate and strong leader currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics. Frida served as the President of the American Marketing Association at Palm Beach Atlantic University 2023-2024, where her team placed Top 5 in the USA, which was announced at the National AMA Conference in New Orleans.

Fabiola Rojas

Fabiola has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading marketing and sales teams to make healthcare more accessible and impactful. She holds a Master’s in Marketing from EGADE Business School and is a Certified Life Coach from FIU. Allison Moraga-Rodriguez

Mark Behar is an author and marketing executive from Toronto. He has worked in the SaaS space for the last 15 years and led marketing storytelling projects with household name companies in seven countries. Those projects include one-on-one interviews with C-level executives from Burger King, Consumer Reports, BT Group, NRG Energy, and countless others. Mark currently lives with his wife, Natalie, and his boy/girl twins, Moiz and Ella, in Boca Raton, Florida.

Who can enter the awards?

Anyone is welcome to participate in the 2024 Marketing Awards, and we truly mean everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned marketing professional, a small business owner, a budding marketing student, or even a freelancer—these awards are open for you.

What is the eligibility criteria?

Marketing or communications campaigns must have taken place between January 1st, 2024, and December 31st, 2024. Submitted campaigns must not have been previously entered for the AMA Awards.

Can I submit applications for more than one category?

Absolutely, you’re welcome to submit applications for multiple categories! We encourage participants to showcase their versatility and expertise across different categories. Submitting in more than one category not only increases your chances of recognition but also provides a comprehensive view of your skills and accomplishments.
